Bismillaah Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheem

I have a habit of keeping messages I like or messages that carry lessons or remind me of certain things. Anyway I was going through my messages and came across a message my beautiful sister umm mohsin sent me and I really liked the way she said it:

I love you darling, I hope and pray I get to jannat. One of the things I’ll love inshaAllah is visiting you…may Allah protect the love we have for each other xx

Its what she said that really touched me, it gives hope of attaining jannat (by working for it of course) and reminds me that Al-hamdhu lillaah I have dear friends and sisters in my life who are just absolutely amazing.

To my dear sister umm mohsin, I know you read my blog maybe not recently as you are going through difficulties but know that you are in my du’as and I pray Allaah ‘azza wa jall continues to give you sabr to endure the trials of life and either rectifies your affairs and grants you happiness and jannatul firdaws ameen

Another message I really like contains a soothing du’a:

Let me share with you a beautiful prayer:
O Allah when I lose hope when my plans have come to nothing, help me to remember that Your love is always greater than my disappointments and Your plans for my life are better than my dreams ameen

Whenever Im feeling down about things, I like to read this du’a and it gives me comfort and removes any sadness in my heart because I know Allaah is the one who has complete knowledge of our affairs and never forsakes us if we call to Him and trust in Him.
